This event is open to all and is a great opportunity to connect with other people on an AF path, the venue, Love From, is fully AF and has an incredible drinks menu. You will hear from and meet Janey Lee Grace, Author of Happy, Healthy, Sober!

It will be a well balanced mix of inspirational talks focusing on the importance of connection and mental health. There will also be talks from Andy Blackman (After Party), who is an Accredited Sobriety Coach and Senior Mental Health Nurse and Louise Woodruff representing (Boxwellness). Bar owner, the wonderful Karl Considine, will also share his insights on his experiences.
